To celebrate the 50th birthday of Milton Keynes, Redway Runners are putting on a (never to be repeated) virtual birthday event.
What better way to mark the occasion than to run/walk/crawl 50 miles in 67 days (MK was born in 1967 ... see what we did there!) to earn a fantastic bespoke medal to commemorate the occasion?
The challenge can be completed in your own time, at your own pace, anywhere in the world and so is suitable for everyone especially if you are:

Tired of traveling long distances to enter races

Annoyed with high race entry fees

Wanting to raise money for charity

Tired of the same old race medals
How it works

You have 67 days to complete a distance of at least 50 miles
-
You can walk, use the treadmill, run outside or participate in another race to get it completed

You can do it all in one go or even spread it over a number of activities

Activities will be collated and posted on the event website by way of a leaderboard.
The event closes on 29th August – all activities should be submitted by Monday 11th September 2017
Medals will be posted to all participants who submit activities totalling 50 miles or more
