A chance to get into the triathlon season with either a Super Sprint, or Sprint distance down at Emberton Country Park.

As a season start, it’s perfect opporuntity to have a swim in the inviting waters of the park, cycle the quiet surrounding roads, and run around the parkland (mix of on/ off road).

The event will take place by the lake at Emberton Country Park (see location map below), with a start time from 7am (depending on your distance chosen).
