I understand and agree that by participating in the event entirely at my own risk and that no responsibility and that no responsibility whatsoever shall attach to any event sponsors, race directors or any person involved in the organisation of the event for any injury, accidents, loss or damage suffered by me in, or by reason of the event, however such may be caused. I am healthy and have no known medical condition. I have read and understand the above. Note: all athletes must obey the Highway Code at all times.
Under 18s Parent / Guardian Consent
I confirm that by completing this on line entry that permission has been given by Parent / Guardian to the person under 18 taking part in selected events and understand and we accept all terms and conditions of entry.
Photography
I understand that photographs are taken at Elgin Rotary events and that some of these may be used for general promotional or PR purposes and that if I would like any photograph deleted from any Elgin Rotary medium I can contact the Elgin Rotary team at Secretary@Elgin.rotary1010.org I consent to photographs being published by press attending the event.
Cancellation Policy
We are sorry we are unable to give refunds, or facilitate the transfer of entry to another person.
As organisers we will do everything considered reasonably possible to ensure the event proceeds.
Adverse weather conditions, attempt alternative route, reschedule or complete at your convenience and provide evidence using gps tracking or similar.
COVID-19
This continues to be an evolving situation, we will be following all measures in place at the time of each event, it is important you familiarise yourself with and adhere to all current Scottish Government rules and guidelines leading up to and time of the event. A reminder of key points in our final event communication will be sent out and form part of our briefing on event day. We will endeavour to run the event as close to our description as possible, please also refer to our Cancellation Policy. Your safety and that of others is our priority.
