At BCS Events, we’re committed to hosting, eco-friendly event that protects the environment. Here’s how we’re making it sustainable:

Our start/finish line gantry and event set-up uses recycled, biodegradable, and eco-friendly materials, reducing waste. Your Wildwood finisher medals are locally made here by our sister company in the UK, using FSC-certified wood! |
| Energy Efficiency | We use electronic power sources to minimize energy consumption and lower our carbon footprint. |
| Waste Reduction |
We are a CUP-LESS Event! We do not offer plastic cups at water stations. Please remember to bring your own cup or bottle on race day or alternatively, you can purchase your eco-friendly Wildwood Trail Series reusable cup. Water bowls will be available for those running with dogs. |
| Eco-Friendly Transport | We encourage carpooling, public transport, and cycling. |
