If any member of the team is not affiliated to the BTF, please enter the whole team as "non-affiliated". At registration, BTF members will receive a £3 refund on production of their membership card. There will be a separate desk for this at registration. If all athletes are BTF members, please enter at the reduced "affiliated" rate.
Male Open, Male Vet, Female Open, Female Vet, Junior (age 14-18),

Mixed age category teams will be classed as “Open”.

Each team consists of three competitors, who complete the course as follows: team member No. 1 will take part in the mass swim start, followed by the 18.5 km cycle, and the 3.8 km run before handing over to team member No. 2 who follows the same course and then hands over to team member No. 3. The team’s time will be calculated as team member No. 3 finishes the course. Chip timing will give each competitor their own split times, with one chip per athlete, to be securely fastened around the ankle.
There is no limit to the number of teams per club, but each team must be individually detailed. Changes to teams will be allowed up to at least two weeks before the event; contact Kirsten at relay@horshamamphibians.com Cancellations may be refunded if a replacement team can be found, but only if more than one week before the event.
