Course Measurement Certificate 10/251 & UKA Licence applied for.

Fees:  UKA Affiliated club runners £17

Non-affiliated runners £19

Closing date for entries is 10 November 2013

Places are limited and as we expect this to be a popular event, early registration is advised. There is no on-the-day registration.

Individual and Team Prizes

·         1^st three male & 1^st three female finishers

·         1^st non-UKA-affiliated work or social team

·         Fastest non-UKA-affiliated local runner (from Southwold, Reydon or Wangford)

All finishers can look forward to an Adnams 10k race bag containing a medal, bottle of Adnams beer(over 18s only) and other goodies too!
