The 26th staging of one of Kent's most popular 10K races, this fast race through traffic-free rural lanes is organised by Nice Work on behalf of Ashford & District Road Runners. The race has been consistently voted amongst the top 10 best 10Ks in the country by Runners World readers.

The course is undulating but fast times can be recorded. The race is perfect as part of your London Marathon training and is suitable for both experienced and first-time runners.

Medals and finish line goodies are on offer for all finishers, there are prizes for the leading runners plus there are refreshments and a barbecue available. This popular race always sells out - and 2013 saw a record entry of over 900 runners  - so get your entry in quick!
