Location: Coltishal Village Hall, 41, Rectory Road, Coltishall, Norfolk NR12 7HL

This fast and scenic road race will be run over an accurately measured, 10 mile out-and-back course. The course covers iconic Norfolk scenery in and around Coltishall and the Norfolk Broads, crossing the Bure Valley Railway and passing Wroxham Barns.

Suitable for experienced runners and beginners alike - for the quickies its a chance to record a pb and for those new to 10 mile races, a nice, flat introduction.

Prizes for leading runners and a quality memento for all finishers. Free refreshments and post-race buffet.

All proceeds will go to the purchase of a defibrillator for the local 'First Responder'.

Your race number will be available for collection on race morning at the Race HQ.
