This event will now become a virtual event. We were hopeful that postponing this event from April to December would have meant we could put on the event as we had planned, but given the current situation, we cannot be certain that this event will be what we had envisioned for you all, nor that lockdown won't be extended, therefore preventing us from hosting the event. We hope you can all understand this difficult decision and can join us for the virtual event.

hat happens next? You now have the choice to pick the following options:
1) Refund of the ticket price minus the booking fee. Refunds will be issued from 30th November.
2) Staying in this event and completing the virtual option plus a 50% off voucher code for a future event of your choice. The voucher code can be used on any Big Cow Sports event between now and the 31st December 2021.

You have until the 30th November to inform us of your decision. After this date if you still haven't chosen a refund, you will automatically be placed into the virtual event. Athletes will be moved across to the virtual event on the 30th November by Results Base, you will not need to do this yourself.

How do I choose my option?
1) Sign into your Results Base profile
2) Go to the 'My Area tab'
3) Go to 'My Tickets'
4) Find the 'Cowman City Trail Duathlon 2020' ticket
5) Hover over the changes button and select 'Change Distance'
6) Chose either a refund, or if you are happy to continue with the virtual option, choose which distance you would like to take part in.
