Event type: 5k and 10k runs on tracks and redway

Age range: 17 years and older

NEW Venue: At the Mini Bowl, Willen Lake, Milton Keynes MK15 9HQ (Google map) opposite the One 4 Six cafe.

Price: Both the 5k and the 10k are £10, £15 on the day

Prizes: Medal and certificate for all finishers. Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each distance.

Overview

A lovely summer's evening run round the picturesque and popular Willen Lake. It starts and ends from a pub, what could be better? And best of all, this race is only for the ladies :)

Route

The route DOES NOT go around the lake, but instead goes out down the valley up to the canal and returns with a lovely downhill finish into the warm welcome at the mini bowl. The 10 loop will be a one loop and takes in the village of Woughton on the Green.

Parking

Parking is available at the venue and is a mixture of chargeable and free - please check carefully to avoid getting a ticket!.

Registration

Opens at 5:45pm and closes at 6:30pm, the race starts at 7:00pm. You must collect your race pack and timing chip at registration on the day of the event.

First aid and facilities

There will be first aid in attendance at the race. There are toilets in the Lakeside pub. No changing facilities or showers at the venue.
