When?

The Pedal Norfolk Cycling Festival 2017 will take place over three days: Saturday May 27th, Sunday May 28th and Monday May 29th.

The ride options allow for a 3-day challenge (100 miles on the Saturday and Sunday plus 50 miles on the Monday) or you can mix and match distances on a per-day basis.

If you want to enter the 3-day challenge select this option from each of the three days and you will then get the special price. 

All the data is collected into one basket, and that includes any options such as reserved pitches for a tent or campervan, and you make a single checkout and payment at the end.

For the first time, Pedal Norfolk will host an Eastern Region MTB XC race in 2017. We've teamed up with Kings Lynn MTB Club (KLMTB) to bring you an exciting new MTB race for the Eastern region around the prestigious grounds of Holkham Hall during the cycling festival. The inaugural Pedal Norfolk MTB Race will take part on the Sunday 28^th May.

A course designed by KLMTB utilising the undulating terrain, wide avenues, single track (and a few huge surprises thrown in) to create a fast-flowing course around the private estate,

The course will be a 5.5mile loop surrounding the Holkham lake and we’ll have four options:

• Juniors (U16): race from 11.30 to 12.30 : £15
• Three Hour Race: race from 1pm - 3 hour + 1 lap: £25
• 1.5 Hour Race: race from 2.30pm - 90 min + 1 lap: £25
• Fun Race: race from 3.00pm - 1 hour + 1 lap: £15

The race will tie completely into Pedal Norfolk with riders and their families able to camp over the weekend and join in with all the other events. There’s even a brilliant SKA band playing in the main tent after the races have finished!

We’ll release full details over the next few weeks but suffice to say, it’ll be a brilliant afternoon of riding with great prizes for those who finish high up in their categories. We’re only allowed 250 riders, so please book early!

Accommodation

A number of reserved camping pitches are available for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights. These are available to be purchased during your online entry and cost £22.50 per night for a 5-berth tent or £27 per night for a campervan space. These prices will rise from January 1^st 2017 to £25 and £30. You can also book a 4-day pass for £72 and £85.50 (rises to £75/£90 respectively from January 1^st 2017),
