Rivington Trail Half Marathon is an event along official pathways around Rivington, starting and finishing at Rivington and Blackrod High School, BL6 7RU (see Google map).

The event grounds will be open from 7:30am on the race day until approximately 3pm.

This race is not a beginner’s race, so please make sure you have experience of at least a half marathon distance race (this can be your first trail race).

Entry fee

The entry fee is £25, if spaces are available there will be a £30 on-the-day option.

A booking fee of £1 per entrant will be added together with a small per-order charge (approximately 1.25%) to cover the cost of processing your debit or credit card.

The race will be split into categories including:

Overall 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd

Male 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd

Female 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd

Over 40/45 1^st male/female: Over 50/55 1^st male/ female: Over 60/65 1^st male/ female: Over 70/75 1^st male/female
