Vest numbers and timing chips will be sent out in advance to the address you registered for the athlete.

Organised under UK Athletics rules.

Course Measurement Certificate and UKA Licence applied for.

Fees

UKA Affiliated club runners £20 *

Non-affiliated runners £22

* Please note that during the registration process your British Athletics/UKA membership will be checked and if valid the appropriate discount will be applied. Scottish Athletics/jogscotland and Welsh Athletics members can also obtain the discount by entering their membership number into the appropriate field at the same point in the process.

A booking fee of 6% will be applied to each order to cover administration costs.

There is no 'on-the-day' registration and there will be no waiting list in operation.

Individual and Team Prizes

• 1^st three male and 1^st three female finishers
• 1^st non-UKA-affiliated work or social team (excludes running or sporting groups and teams)
• Fastest non-UKA-affiliated local runner (from Southwold, Reydon or Wangford)

Goodies and official race charities

All finishers can look forward to an Adnams 10k race bag containing a medal, a bottle of Adnams beer (over 18s only, sorry!) and other goodies too.

All proceeds will be donated to Charity.
