Course
The route starts down the road from the school and finishes in the lay-by near the school entrance. The course is an anticlockwise single lap course on mainly undulating country roads going through Dearham, Bulgill and Crosby on the West Cumbrian coast.
The course will be well signed and marshalled. There will be a drinks station at around 5 miles and drinks will be available at the finish. The roads remain open to traffic so runners need to follow the race director’s instructions and listen to the marshals around the course.
