Facilities
Registration and toilets will be at the Cricket Pavilion in Fitz Park which will be open from 5.00pm.
Parking
Parking is available on Station Street and behind the Swimming Pool with time restrictions and near the Football Pavilion off Crosthwaite Road plus Town Centre car parks.
Location
This year the race will be a new course with the start and finish in the Town Centre adj. the Moot Hall – approximately 5 mins walk from Fitz Park.

Subject to availability entries will be available on the day at £12.
* Please note that your British Athletics/UKA membership will be checked during the registration process and if valid the appropriate discount will be applied. Scottish Athletics and Welsh Athletics members can also obtain the discount by entering their membership number into the appropriate field.
An administration fee of £1 per entry will be applied to each order by our online entry system partner, Results Base.
Course
The new course is slightly shorter in distance at approx.. 6.8k / 4.2 miles. The course includes a loop around the Borrowdale Roundabout, a lakeside run out and back to Friars Crag before returning to the town centre for the iconic Manor Brow loop to finish. You can download the course map HERE.
Risk Assessment
A full risk assessment will be on display at the race HQ with the course map.
Race Permit
The event will be run under UK Athletics rules and with a UK Athletics Road Race Permit.
Prizes
Presentation will take place in Fitz Park after the race and prizes awarded to at least 1st, 2nd and 3rd Male and Female overall, V40, V50, V60, V70 male and female & U18 plus first male and female team (three to score).
