Cyprus International 4-Day Challenge

The Cyprus International 4-day Challenge Event is a staged running event, covering a distance slightly longer than a marathon, which includes road, trail and cross-country running. It is an adventurous and challenging running event with four different races taking place over four days. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 we have had to cancel the 'live event' but we can still run together, just not together together (if you get our meaning).

The event normally combines a 6k time trial, an 11k mountain trail run, a multi-terrain half marathon distance and a 10k City Run over the four days. We would love you to join us in our very own VIRTUAL version of the event.

So what do I do?

1. Enter the event being sure to join your country's team
2. Complete the distances on the same days as seen below
3. Upload your results by following the instructions here
4. Invite your friends, even those that have never run before
5. Wait patiently at home for your awesome medal to arrive!

After you have completed each of the stages simply upload the results to the Results Base and help your country to the top of the table, and don't forget to share your images so we can build a great atmosphere as we all challenge ourselves across Europe.

You can pay in either Euros or British Pounds. Once you have completed the event you will receive your well-earned medal in the post.

Remember you MUST follow your own local COVID-19 restrictions as they are at the time.

All entrants will receive a fantastic eco-friendly medal delivered to your door, and there will be spot prizes for best uploaded picture and other notable achievements.
