Sunday 6 September. Tattenhoe Park 11km at 10:00am
Three laps of Tattenhoe Park and redways. Parking at 'Bottle Dump' car park, just off Standing Way roundabout (A421) at its junction with Newton Longville.

Monday 7 September. Bow Brickhill Woods (2 Miles) at 7.00pm
Three hilly loops on grass and footpaths. Aspley Woods car park, Church Road. This car park is 1 mile along the road from Bow Brickhill church (MK17 9LF), on the left hand side. Parking is very limited so please car share if possible.

Tuesday 8 September. Stantonbury Track Mile Race from 7.00pm
Stantonbury Athletic Track. Graded one mile track races depending on ‘Tour’ positions. Park at the car park at the end of Soskin Drive. MK14 6DP

Wednesday 9 September. Campbell Park (4.5 miles) at 7.00pm
Two loops through Campbell Park and Downs Barn starting and finish at the bottom of Belvedere Hill. Parking at the rear of John Lewis (short walk over footbridge) or either side of Campbell Park at the bottom of Avebury and Silbury Boulevard.

Thursday 10 September. Teardrop Lakes Cross-Country (4.5 miles) at 7.00pm
Three hilly loops on grass and footpaths. Parking on Whittle Court towards playing field, along Garforth Place and Routeco Car Park (off Davy Avenue), MK5 8HJ.

Friday 11 September. Willen Lake 10k at 6.00pm
Woughton Pavilion, Woughton on the Green. Out along Ouzel Valley Park, around Willen Lake (both lakes) and back. Parking at venue: The Pavillion, Newport Rd, Milton Keynes MK6 3EA. Awards presentation and post-race buffet will follow shortly after at approx. 7:30pm.
General information
NOTE: Series numbers and timing chips will be issued at the Tattenhoe Park race. Runners starting at a later race will receive numbers at their chosen start race from the Registration area.
Please note: Due to limited parking at the Tattenhoe and Brickhill Woods venues please car share where possible.
- Changing facilities and showers are only available at the Stantonbury and Willen venues.
- Presentations will be held in the bar area after the Willen Lake race.
- Exclusive memento to all 'six day' finishers.
- Trophy for winning man/woman plus age group trophies/prizes and most improved MMKAC man and woman over 2019.
Pricing
Entry fees (includes post-race buffet on Friday night)
MMKAC members – £3 per event (£18 for Tour Series) using a special link issued to MMKAC members.
UKA members* – £5 per event (£30 for Tour Series)
Unattached runners – £7 per event (£42 for Tour Series)
For entries made before Sunday 26th July, the Tour Series price is discounted by 20% as long as all races are entered on a single order.
* During the registration process your British Athletics/UKA membership will be checked and if valid the appropriate discount will be applied.
A small charge will be added to your order total by Results Base to cover the cost of processing your entry.
