Big Cow Sports Virtual Run

At Big Cow Sports, like everywhere we have been looking at ways to adapt to help us all through the changes and challenges that Covid-19 has thrown at us. For many of us, the best we can offer is to maintain social distancing, stay at home and help protect lives. As such Keeping fit, healthy and active has become even more important now and we want to help keep people motivated and physically and mentally healthy. 

So the Big Cow Team have launched Virtual Runs and Duathlons – even better they are FREE, we would love you to click the donation button though to help direct funds to the National Emergencies Trust to help local organisations support those effected by Corona-Virus. How does a pound a mile sound?

Are you missing the competition, the banter, the social side of sport (and life) – because we are! Our team have been testing out the virtual system and have really enjoyed challenging each other and feeling connected with our runs – we would love you to join in!

We have prizes for the fastest, but also spot prizes for best picture and most improved, it’s not just about being speedy anymore. You upload 2 pictures to ‘prove’ your run, one GPS screen shot or similar and 1 comedy photo – best photo wins a prize.

Come and brag about your sessions, commiserate about your lack of motivation or epic sized hangover, we are especially open to humour and dog pictures!! 

It’s important to remember we are in a Global Emergency, so please exercise sensibly, maintain social distancing, don’t compete to the point of collapse – you can save that until we are back on the start line.
