The much-loved race that supports many local charities and community groups is set to return to the streets of Grimsby as a COVID-safe event for 2021.
As the lockdown lifts and it becomes safer for more activities to take place, the 2021 Ørsted Great Grimsby 10K will be one of the first major events to take place in the area, but it will be very different to previous races. For more information on what will be different about this year race please see our Covid-19 section.
The spectacular town event will take place on Sunday 18th July from Grimsby Town Hall, with a staggered start between 9am and 11am.
While many have taken up exercise and been enjoying the great outdoors throughout the pandemic, it is hoped the event, which is expected to sell out, will attract runners, old and new.
Be quick off the mark to enter! At the last live race there were 4,000 runners, this year there are only 2,000 slots up for grabs!!
VIRTUAL OPTION – If you entered the Virtual 10k option your entry is now in that event and you'll get an email a week before the event with your instructions.
