The MK Autumn Run Virtual Challenge 2020
We know how eager you all are to get back into the running game, but we also know COVID-19 still poses a risk. Whilst many runners are happy to get back into the physical world, we're aware that some runners aren't ready for that just yet. Therefore, we are excited to announce two new options for you!
The MK Autumn Run Virtual Half Marathon

Run any half marathon route anywhere. All half marathon finishers will receive a bespoke medal and a t-shirt *subject to availability**. These will be sent out once you have uploaded your time. |
| Virtual PLUS Half Marathon |
£21 |
Run the MK Autumn Run Half Marathon route using the RunGo App. All half marathon finishers will receive a bespoke medal and a t-shirt *subject to availability**. These will be sent out once you have uploaded your time. |
You have from the 23rd September - 19th October 2020 to complete either event, why not use this run as a training run for your London Marathon? It will be up to you to use the RunGo App to navigate yourself around the route, track your time and upload it to Results Base

What do I need to do?
The MK Autumn Run Virtual Half Marathon and 10K PLUS ONLY
1) Enter either the 10K or Half Marathon PLUS virtual event
2) Download the RunGo App
3) Search for Big Cow Sports and find the MK Autumn Run Half Matathon or 10K route
4) Run the route between the 23rd September - 19th October
5) Upload your time

6) Upload your pictures on social media (don't forget to tag us: Facebook: @mkautumnrun, Instagram: @bigcowrunning, Hashtag: #getamooveon)
7) Wait patiently at home for your awesome medal and/or t-shirt to arrive!
