The Trilateral 40!

40km of mixed terrain taking in some iconic Cornish landmarks as you go, starting at St.Fimbarrus Church in Fowey.
3 legs to contend with ….

1 – Fowey to Helman Tor – Follow the Saints Way North along 16km of trail & country lane up to one of the highest points in Cornwall.

2 – Helman Tor to Gribbin Head – Follow the Saints Way south west and veer off towards Gribbin head for another 18km of trail, country lane & coastpath.

3 – Gribbin Head to Fowey – 6km of undulating coast path back to your finish point at Fowey.

40km, 3 feed stations, self navigation, (you will be issued with a map and GPS tracker)
10 hours to complete!

Mandatory kit list to be carried on the day.
