Take part in a timed lung busting 6.5 Mile out & back trail run through spectacular Cardinham Woods near Bodmin,
(Note: May contain hills…)

8am start, no cut off times, personalised bibs, everyone receives a Cardinham Half medal plus we have awards for the top finishers!
