Man Up & Down’ boomerangs back for a fourth outing in 2023! A 20k coast path trail run supporting Man Down Cornwall, who offer a safe space to meet the current emotional and mental health needs of men who are struggling to cope with the everyday pressures facing them in our modern society.

Man Up & Down 2023’ is a timed 20k trail along the North Cornish Coast starting at 8am on Sunday 23rd September. Setting off from Portreath, navigating the iconic, rugged, North Cornwall coastline and ending at the Watering Hole in Perranporth:) There will be checkpoints at Porthtowan and St.Agnes, there are no cut off times, every runner will receive a medal.

To help raise funds for this you can make an optional donation upon entry and help provide much needed support within our community. In addition, we will send you a Man Down Cornwall sponsorship form to help you raise donations should you wish.

Optional extras include a return shuttle from Perranporth back to Portreath.

All participants must be 18 years of age or above, further detail will be posted on our website and facebook page, final race detail will be posted closer to race day:)
