The Ridgeway Run 2023
The Ridgeway Run is a challenging trail run of approximately 15 kilometres (9.3 miles) over a scenic route, mainly on footpaths and bridleways with stunning Chiltern views.
Established in 1982, the run starts on the outskirts of Tring and the course gradually ascends into the Ashridge Estate, past the Bridgewater Monument, takes in a stretch of the famous Ridgeway path and Pitstone Hill before descending back along quiet paths into Tring and finishing at the Cricket Club.
TRANSFERS: you will be able to transfer your entry to another participant until Saturday 7 October 2023 at 12 noon.
ENTRY FEE: Affiliated club runners: £15. Non-affiilated runners: £17
An adiminstration fee of 6% will be applied to each entry by our online entry systems partner, Resultsbase.
LATE ENTRY: we will be leaving the online entry open (up to a limit of 650) until 09:30am on SUNDAY morning. There will be NO paper entry option at the venue, all entries must be done online. Your online receipt will include notification of your bib number so you can collect this from registration (please bring a copy of the receipt/have it on your phone).
What to expect on the day:
- Finisher’s t-shirt OR select "Trees not Tees" to have a tree planted instead (your contact details will be shared with Tees not Trees (THE (GLOBAL) FUTURE FOREST COMPANY LTD))
- Place, veteran and team prizes
- Fully marshalled course with water stations at 3 & 6 miles
- Changing facilities (female and male showers) and plenty of loos
- Team prizes, Male: 3 to qualify; Female: 3 to qualify
- Refreshments available at the Cricket Club pavillion
