Man Up & Down 2024

‘Man Up & Down’ bounces back for its fifth outing in 2024! A challenging 20k coast path trail run supporting Man Down Cornwall, who offer a safe space to meet the current emotional and mental health needs of men who are struggling to cope with the everyday pressures facing them in our modern society.

‘Man Up & Down 20234’ is a timed 20k trail along the North Cornish Coast starting at 8am on Saturday 21st September. Setting off from Portreath, navigating the iconic, rugged, North Cornwall coastline and finishing at the Watering Hole in Perranporth:). No cut off times, every runner will receive a medal and we have awards for the top finishers!

To help raise funds for this you can make an optional donation upon entry and help provide much needed support within our community. Optional extras include a return shuttle from Perranporth back to Portreath ,and the iconic Yellow & black ‘Man Up & Down 2024’ Race Tee!

All participants must be 18 years of age or above, further detail will be posted on our website and facebook page, final race detail will be posted closer to race day:)
