****IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU ENTER*****

This is a multi-terrain race which is taxing and includes mud, rocks, sand, sand dunes, steep hills, tree roots, water, etc with mulled wine and mince pies so it is up to you to ensure you are up to completing it.  We have done nothing to change the terrain or topography, it is all natural obstacles. If you do pull out at any point please present yourself to a marshal. If you feel at any point that your ability does not match the course - stop, walk, please take care.

Note: We purposely draw your attention to the following which can be found in the terms and conditions:

If the event is cancelled due to bad weather we will not try to organise an alternative date but have taken out an insurance policy to be able to refund your entry fees, but not the processing fee or any other goods purchased.  If the event is cancelled all Christmas Puddings will be donated to Bridgend Food Bank.

The wearing of headphones, or similar devices, (other than those medically prescribed), is not permitted – this rule is for your own safety – you may need to hear instructions from marshals. Anyone seen using headphones will be disqualified.
