West Glam XC - Round 5 - Tairgwaith - hosted by Neath Harriers

The fifth and final race of the series will take place at Amman Valley Trotting Club, Tairgwaith SA18 1UT.

Ample free parking and a cosy cafe for refreshments.

Registration will be open from 8:30am. All pre-registered numbers will be sorted into clubs, so to save time can only team captains collect these.

There will be NO on the day entry and NO guest runners.

You need to make sure that you have selected the gender AND correct team when entering.

If you are an affiliated runner, you MUST put down your Welsh Athletics URN. Without this, you will be contacted to pay the additional £2.

The race will start at 10am for the Men and 10.05am for the Women.

Spikes are NOT permitted, trail shoes are advised but not compulsory.
