Come along to North Lincolnshire and take part in the Run Your Heart Out Valentines 10k.
Run on flat closed roads, this Valentines 10k will be a really memorable one. A fabulous Valentines medal (the biggest Tape2Tape have ever designed!) and gift awaits all finishers in the great atmosphere of the athletics stadium.
Brought to you by the runners at Tape2Tape who also organise the North Lincs Half, Great Grimsby 10k, Humber Coastal Half/5k and Gruesome Twosome events.
Entry details
Entry to the event is by individual but because this is a celebration of Valentine's Day you have the option to select to mark your entry as a 'couple'. If the other half of your couple enters on a separate order you will still be able to 'join' the entries together as long as you have their order details.
Entry is £22.50 with a £2 discount available to UKA affiliated runners.
Please note that during the registration process your British Athletics/UKA membership will be checked and if valid the appropriate discount will be applied. Scottish Athletics and Welsh Athletics members can also obtain the discount by entering their membership number into the appropriate field.
An administration fee of 1.5% will be applied to each order by our online entry system partner, Results Base.

Charity
We are supporting the British Heart Foundation to raise funds and beat heartbreak forever. There is a voluntary option to donate just £1 through the entry system.

Prizes are also offered for the first 5 couples who are in a relationship, irrespective of gender. (Make sure you complete the 'couples' question during entry!)

Transfers
Transfers between runners are allowed and must be completed by 2pm on Tuesday February 18th. Please follow the instructions set out HERE.
Note that you are responsible for handing your number over to the new runner, no new numbers will be issued for transfers.
