Rules:

Just a few to keep you safe!

By entering you are agreeing to the rules as laid out below:

You agree to undertake the challenge at your own risk. You must be fit, healthy and well enough to undertake the challenge. You must comply with all social distancing guidance as required by Government.

Please ensure that you have a clear and safe space within which to undertake The Outlaw Lockdown Triathlon. No racing your bike on open roads (no race licence, so only use a turbo please) the run (as at time of publication) can be outside the home. Final rule - enjoy it!

Event mechanics:

The SIM challenge is designed for individuals to complete by themselves. You record and submit your times into the Results Base system, along with your evidence if you have it (and splits if you wish). Your time starts before the first set of high knees in Swim SIM and then the clock just keeps running - the time only stops at the end of your run.

Once you have uploaded your results you can either sit back and watch the leader board for each event, or if you feel the urge, you can try to beat your time. There are no limits to the number of times you compete in the event each month, your fastest time will show in the leader board.

Final Notes:

The Outlaw Lockdown Triathlon will be run as a Series with events in April, May and June. You can submit your times at any time during each month. We will run a Series leader board with prizes available for each event Series as outlined below.

The Outlaw Lockdown Triathlon Team's decision is final in all matters and the awarding of all prizes – after all, it’s just a bit of fun. Over to you athletes! Stay safe, good luck and enjoy.
