RACE SOLD OUT

We would like to thank everyone who has entered and supported the virtual race. We have been overwhelmed with the demand for places.

Unfortunately we are unable to source any further medals and tee shirts so will be unable to release any further places.

We hope to be back in 2021 for the 'real thing.'

OUR COMMITMENT TO CHARITIES AND COMMUNITY GROUPS
We have supported many charities and community groups since the race was started in 2016. We will continue to do so through this virtual race and provide much needed support in these difficult times. .

HOW THE UNIQUE VIRTUAL RACE WILL WORK
To give you the full race experience we will:

> Post you out the fabulous EVENT MEDAL, LONG SLEEVED EVENT T-SHIRT & RUNNING NUMBER - you will receive this before 17th October. 
> Virtually start the race at 9am on Saturday 17th October with a fully erected arch (at a location!) we'll sound the horn to kick start the event!
> Give you until the 1st November to run the distance and register your time - (you can run, walk or jog the distance all at once, or in small chunks)
> Enable you to submit your results manually or via a DIRECT LINK from STRAVA OR GARMIN CONNECT
> Have an extensive PRIZE POOL – Trophies will be posted out to all the winners (Yes you can still compete!!)
> Enable you to print off a personalised certificate with your accomplishment and finish time
> Publish a full set of RESULTS
> Continue to support our regular community groups and charities that come along to this event year on year
> Bring you altogether virtually and share your endeavours on our social media platforms
> Hand out spot prizes for the best pictures wearing your race tee and running number
