New for 2021, the Montane Trail 20 & Trail 10 Ullswater Way starts and finishes at Jenkins Field in Glenridding. You can choose to complete the full route, which is a lap of Ullswater, or start at Pooley Bridge and run 10 miles back to Glenridding. You will be transported to the start of the 10 miles event on the famous Ullswater Steamer, all you have to do is run back!

How much to enter
The cost to enter the 20 miles event is £35 and for the 10 miles event it's also £35 (included in the cost of your entry fee for the 10 miles event is transport to the start line from Glenridding, via the Ullswater Steamers). You will need to carry specific items on our compulsory kit list and you must also be 16 years of age on the day of the race. Entries close either when the event is full or on the Thursday prior to race day at 12noon.

If you're entered in the 10 miles event, your entry fee includes your trip from Jenkins Field to the start at Pooley Bridge. You'll be transported by the Ullswater Steamers. You board the boat in your run kit, then start your run when you disembark!
