West Glam XC - Round 2 - hosted by Tri Hard Harriers

The second race of the series will take place at Pembrey Park.

Registration will be open from 8:30am. All numbers will be sorted into clubs, so to save time can only team captains collect these.

There will be NO on the day entry and NO guest runners.

You need to make sure that you have selected the gender AND correct team when entering.

If you are an affiliated runner, you MUST put down your Welsh Athletics URN. Without this, you will be contacted to pay the additional £2.

The race will start at 10am for both Men & Women at the same time.

Spikes are NOT permitted, trail shoes are advised but not compulsory.
