Cowman Duathlon 2021

Big Cow Sports are delighted to announce that British Triathlon has appointed their event as a Qualifier for the Great Britain Age-Group Team for the 2022 World/European Championships (World Triathlon/Europe Triathlon - 2022 Standard Duathlon Qualifier).
Each year, British Triathlon select events from around the country to host qualifiers where the top age-group athletes from around the country try to qualify to represent the Great Britain national team.
These events represent the highest level of multisport activity for age group athletes internationally/in Europe, and the Cowman Duathlon will welcome athletes from across Britain to Emberton Country Park on 10th October as they seek to qualifier for the World Triathlon/Europe Triathlon Championship.
If you intend to qualify for the GB Age-Group Team at the Cowman Duathlon you must register your intent to qualify by 5 pm Friday 8th October 2021.

Back for the third year, the Cowman Duathlon will offer 4 different distances: Cowman, Longhorn, Calfman (Age-Group Qualifier) and Stampede across our tried and tested routes in the beautiful location of Emberton Country Park. Whether you are a novice or an expert in the field, Big Cow Sports will take care of you from start to finish and make sure we deliver a superb event for all to enjoy!
The Cowman Duathlon is open for all participants to enter, however only British Triathlon Core and Ultimate members will be eligible to qualify for the Great Britain Age-Group Team. For more information about membership and to join, visit the British Triathlon website.
All finishers will receive a bespoke wooden medal and a finishers T-shirt.

The entry fee for non-affiliated athletes includes £6 to cover the British Triathlon Day Membership.
Please note, if you have registered for the race using a BTF membership number you MUST present your membership card at registration or you will be required to pay £6 for a day Licence. Relay teams will get the BTF discount where one or more members of the team are BTF members.
An administration fee of 6% will be applied to each order by our online entry system partner, Results Base.
Prizes
1st/2nd/3rd Male and Female in all events.
1st Vet40, Vet50 and Vet60 Male and Female in all events.
These will be sent out after the event owing to the time-trial format.
Marshalling
We are offering free entry to volunteers who help marshal at our events throughout the year. These free places are based on equivalent event type. Click here for more information!
